Welcoming Baby with Love: A Cozy In-Home Newborn Session

There’s something incredibly special about getting to photograph newborn sessions. It’s such an honor to be let into such a sacred time and witness new bonding and admiration begin; it’s so beautiful. And I don’t take any of it for granted.

From the moment they walked in, the energy was soft and joyful. Big brother and sister were eager to snuggle their new baby sibling, and their tenderness melted my heart. There’s nothing quite like witnessing the start of those lifelong bonds. You can almost hear the whispered promises and giggles that only siblings understand. Melt my dang heart!!

With the Rylee Package, clients receive family photos as well as newborn-posed photos. I love adding in props to have baby-focused images highlighting just them and their little details! Something so precious about a sleeping posed baby <3

One of my absolute favorite poses is the ‘chin on hands’ also known as ‘bucket pose’. Baby cheeks get all squished up and I truly can’t get enough of this newborn pose!
